My scores were better than I expected. I thought I would get terrible results but I tried my best and got what I deserved. My goal is to bring all these scores up significantly. I will get a 10-11 on the beeptest, 12 sec. T test,1 min plank, 30-40 pushup, and 3 touches on the balance board.
AYE !! It's amazing to see that you did your best! I'm sure you'll reach your goal on the next fitness testing ! Although I want to see what you got for seat and reach which is not shown here . Other than that you've been doing really well !!
