30 min run

The 30 min run was very challenging for me because I had not done any activities that needed running.I tried my best not to walk but I did walk for 20 - 30 seconds the whole run. At the beginning of the run I thought I was going pretty slow but I realized 15 min into the run that my pace was a bit too fast and it made me want to walk but when I did I would start to run immediately. I ended the run with a strong finish and I was drained of all my energy.

  1. You should get out and run a bit more to build your stamina up, but other than that, nice strong finish and good hard work
