In the weight room Evan and I were working out our chest and arms. First we did dumbell press and we did 3 sets 12 reps. Then we did curls 3 sets 10 reps and after that we did dips to work out our triceps. On this day we were focusing on upper body strength in our arms and chest. My goals from the beginning of the semester and from now has changed a lot. My new goal is to focus more on upper body strength because my legs are very strong and my arms are decent.
I like that you are adjusting your goals and the dips are probably the best part of this workout. Pushups and dips and chin ups activate so any muscles … curls not so much (only 1). Evan has been learning a lot at the training facility about full body workouts instead of machines… focus on those.. but some curls are okay too. :)
